In the world of technology sometimes things can go wrong, transactions can fail and sometimes process's can stop. Don't worry though, in the event your Direct Debit returns unpaid we will reach out to you to let you know. We'll try and take the payment 3 days later.
If the second time we attempt to take payment it fails again, we'll drop you a reminder and we will attempt to take it again 3 days later.
If on our 3rd attempt we can't take payment we will notify one more time and if payment isn't successful this could lead to a temporary suspension of services until the account balance is cleared. Not something we like to do, so if you are having issues or want to to pay over the phone by a different payment method give us a call and one of our friendly team will be happy to help.

Make a payment via Bea. Bea is our BeFibre digital assistant. You can find her on the bottom right hand corner of the help centre. Hit the payment button and your good to go!
