Our network covers hundreds of thousands of miles of fibre optic cables and infrastructure nationwide, all requiring regular monitoring and upkeep. Rest assured, we’re just working to keep your service running smoothly.
Whenever possible, we schedule maintenance at times that minimise disruption. This page provides updates on planned work or urgent repairs, keeping you informed about any potential impact on your service.
In the unlikely event you experience any issues the first time you log on after any planned maintenance, please switch the power supply off to your router and ONT box (if you have one), wait 2 minutes, switch back on, and wait for them to restart.
If still no service.
You may need a full factory reset to do this

If you reset it will auto connect but wireless passwords will change to default
