Installation Checklist

Your installation day is nearly here. Use our handy checklist to make sure you're ready for the big day!

Checklist item	Done?
Make sure someone over 18 going to be in - call us a soon as possible if you need to rearrange to avoid any missed appointment charge
Have you viewed the install video so you know what to expect
Have you reviewed the information about where to place your router. Check out "Your Installation" article for tips on router placement.
Have you advised your previous supplier your switching? Don't forget to allow an overlap with your provider incase anything unexpected happens and you need to rearrange-  we don't want you to be without service.
If you're renting have you advised your landlord and got their permission for work to take place
