When will my BeTalk service go live?

 

Your BeTalk service will be live within 2 working days from your broadband service being installed and activated.

 

What equipment do I need?

We'll send out you BeTalk adapter in time for your service to go live.

This just plugs into your BeFibre router and the mains and all you need is your home phone and in some cases a BT to RJ11 adapter. No technical expertise required. The BeTalk phone adapter will work with any home phone, future proofing your home phone service.  

 

How will I know my number?

Your number will be sent to you via email once your broadband service is live. 

 

When will my number transfer?

If you have requested to bring your number with you it will take approximately 12 days to migrate across once your Broadband service is set up. So please do not cancel your contract with the other provider or you will lose your number. We'll update you throughout the porting process. If you have followed the One Touch Switch process don't worry we will do this for you. Remember you can use your temporary number whilst you are waiting for your number to be ported so you can make all your essential calls.
