What’s changing?
Our standard and flexi month prices are changing from 1st May 2025. If you're an existing customer on one of these plans then your new monthly broadband price will change- don't worry, we will communicate with you to tell you how this will impact you. You will see this change in your first bill from 1st May and depending on your bill date, this may be prorated.

This will not affect any other products, such as BeMesh, BeTalk and Static IPs.

 

Why this change?
This adjustment is necessary to help us cover rising costs and to continue investing in our network and infrastructure, which is vital to maintaining the fast, reliable service you depend on.

We’re committed to making sure your broadband experience is always up to the task, no matter how many devices are connected or how much bandwidth you need.

 

No mid-contract price hikes
Unlike some providers, we want to reassure you that we do not apply any mid-contract price increases. Customers who are on a fixed term package will see no difference in how much they pay.

 

What do you need to do?
Nothing at all. Your service will continue uninterrupted, and this price change will be reflected in your first bill from 1st May 2025.

Why are my broadband prices changing?

This change is necessary to help us cover rising costs of investing in the network and infrastructure. This will help maintain a quality of service you can rely on as well as invest in new technology and develop new products and services.  Our packages remain great value for money.

 

When will the change take effect?

The change will take effect from 1st May.  Depending what period your next bill covers it may be prorated.

 

Will this price change affect my current contract or offer?

What about BeMesh, BeTalk and Static IP?

These are unaffected.

Is the price change the same for all customers?

All customers on a standard or flexi package will have received the same price increase. Customers in a contract continue to benefit from our no in contract price rise commitment.

 

How do I avoid the price change?

We are required to give you 30 days’ notice of this change, which we’ve done.  We do have other offers available online should you wish to explore them. Give our team a call.

 

If I change my package, will it start a new contract?

Yes, we have 12 months or 18-month contracts available, all with our commitment to keep the same price for the duration of that contract.
